For all ILOVEUBABE XO® Chocolate orders placed Monday to Friday, before 9:00am AEST, shipping is processed on the same day (excluding public holidays).

All other ILOVEUBABE XO® Chocolate orders are processed and dispatched the following business day.

Please note that for Next Day Delivery, shipping exclusively operates from Monday to Friday.

Orders made after 9:00am AEST from Friday through to Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday.

Upon dispatch of your order, you'll receive an ILOVEUBABE XO® chocolate shipping order confirmation email, containing a downloadable link for your tax invoice.

Expect an SMS notification sent to your specified mobile number with your shipping details within 24 to 48 hours, providing further delivery details. This message will contain a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

Fast International Shipping On All ILOVEUBABE XO® Chocolate Orders Over $99

We offer Fast International Shipping at a flat fee of AU$29.90. Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Please note that all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery by your local authorities. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fee.

• Chocolate delivery time frames are estimated and do not include order processing times.

• Standard processing time for orders is 2-4 business days for dispatch, excluding Same Day Delivery and DHL Express processed the same or following business day.

• No chocolates dispatched on weekends and Victorian or National Public Holidays.

• ILOVEUBABE XO® cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery schedules such as severe weather, service interruptions, heavy traffic, etc.

For Standard Chocolate Delivery, the order is left at the delivery address in a safe spot. Visual proof of delivery, including photos, is available via the tracking link.

In cases where delivery locations are insecure (apartments or outside of business hours), the order will be returned to the local depot. Instructions will be added to your tracking link to assist with your delivery.

Deliveries are between 8:00am and 6:00pm, 6 days a week. We can't schedule specific delivery days or times. 

Same Day Chocolate Delivery requires a signature; if no one is home, it's re-dispatched the following business day. If Same Day Delivery fails due to non-reception, the shipping cost cannot be refunded.

For DHL Express Chocolate Delivery, you receive tracking information and can choose your delivery date. By providing delivery instructions, you authorise orders to be left in a safe place. 

Australia Post Express Post shifts orders to the local post office for collection when there is no one to receive the order on delivery.

ILOVEUBABE XO® manages heat exposure but we cannot be held responsible for melting/spoiling post-appropriate delivery due to our chocolate's temperature sensitivity, if chocolates are left uncollected.

For the best care of your ILOVEUBABE XO® Chocolate, please consider leaving in the delivery notes a cool delivery location during warm weather. Although we ship ILOVEUBABE XO® exclusive chocolates with ice packs in the summer, heat may affect their appearance. If a little soft, briefly freeze to restore.

We suggest ensuring someone is available to receive the package. Our online orders come with Authority to Leave at the provided shipping address upon delivery.
