1. Gift Vouchers

1.1. ILOVEUBABE XO® Pty Ltd Gift Vouchers (Gift Vouchers) can be purchased at the ILOVEUBABE XO® website.

1.2. Gift Vouchers can be loaded with amounts ranging from $50.00 up to $1000.00

2. Redemption and Usage 

2.1. Gift Vouchers entitle the holder to purchase products equal to the value stated on the Gift Voucher or the remaining balance after partial redemption.

2.2. A minimum purchase of $19.90 (AUD) is required when using Gift Vouchers.

2.3. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on the ILOVEUBABE XO® online store at www.iloveubabe.com

2.4. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for corporate or wholesale orders or for products purchased from any third-party store.

2.5. Gift Vouchers are non-reloadable and cannot be refunded, redeemed for other Gift Vouchers, or exchanged for cash.

 2.6. The value indicated on the Gift Voucher includes Goods and Services Tax (GST).

3. Partial Redemption and Balance 

3.1. Gift Vouchers can be partially redeemed, and any remaining balance will be stored on the Gift Voucher until the expiration date. The unused balance cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.2. Gift Voucher holders can inquire about their remaining balance on the ILOVEUBABE XO® website.

4. Expiry and Refunds

4.1. Gift Vouchers expire three years from the date of issue. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.

4.2. In the event of suspected fraud related to a Gift Voucher, ILOVEUBABE XO® Pty Ltd may refuse to redeem the Gift Voucher until it is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.

5. Responsibility and Liability

5.1. Gift Voucher holders are solely responsible for the security of their Gift Vouchers once purchased. ILOVEUBABE XO® Pty Ltd will not replace any lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers and is not liable for such occurrences.
